In my previous article, I talked about how love is beyond logic and it deserves our focus and attention throughout our life inevitably.
Now, I am beginning with a new topic directed towards Love and this time, it’s about first-love, soulmates, love at first sight and intriguing parts of life which endures our thirst for conversations and relationships which enables us to move forward in life and create a better version of us during the process.
Why do people care for their first love or relationship so much more than their successors?
Personally, first love is equivalent to any initial experience we have in our life such as, a picnic in a vibrant lakeside garden surrounded by family or your first ever thrilling adventure with friends. Our first love becomes extremely significant, memorable and impassioned as it teaches us how to love a person other than you are obliged to do, such as your parents or relatives. You display your complete passion for the person irrespective of their opinion on you at a stage in life, where we are growing out of a protective cocoon and flying in a world with real transformation.
There are days when you will find yourself locked in a labyrinth of imagination and fantasizing numerous possibilities with the person who you love the most. It’s common for all human beings to dream and discuss this experience as it’s a unique one in its own way!
Loving someone other than your own blood unconditionally, respectfully and diligently takes enormous courage for a person.
Is the soulmate theory applicable to all?
Soulmates are the ones who we feel intensely connected emotionally, vulnerable at times and share an enduring relationship which strengthens the love for both forever.
The movies, series and books we are exposed to portray soulmates as people who are attracted to each other in every way. But it isn’t true right? Why put your soulmates through all the pressure or problems of life?
Recently, I watched a film, “Dear Zindagi” and a popular description of true love was recited by SRK when questioned about soulmates. He states that “Life has many special relationships, and for each experience, a different person is well suited than your romantic partner, for instance, a bookworm for all your intellectual talks, a musical relationship with a person who shares the similar taste in your music and many more for a particular thing, and concludes that romantic connection with a person is just one of them."
Romantic relationships are the most pulchritudinous one in life!

True Love is bounded by principles and not only the juicy romantic connection. Honesty, vulnerability, respect and friendship is required to make the relationships work and there could be many as well. I am just a beginner and look forward to experiencing love, because it’s the only one which is worth fighting for in life!
