Mandela's ability to change and adapt himself as a leader is one of the salient characters that everyone needs to learn. At the initial stages, Mandela was a man of violence who aggressively wanted to make South Africa free from racial segregation later he understood that violence is not the key and strongly defenestrated it. Mandela spent 27 years in jail for various acts such as treason, illegally leaving the country and for sabotaging. This period Mandela used as an advantage for sculpting himself as a better leader and understood that violence is not the key to freedom.
There was a well-structured leadership plan that was precisely executed by Mandela, this includes equivalently dividing the tasks into more of the cellular level. Nelson Mandela constructed a centralised leadership plan called the M-plan that took place in the year 1961 and 1962, where he made a framework for an enormous revolution by a multitude but the African National Congress(ANC) rejected this and caused some brutal actions such as assaults, ripping communities apart and so on, but he still continued which shows his attitude of never giving up or his enduring perseverance.
